As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a proud native of Georgia, Lejon Wilkerson II, bring 8 years of dedicated clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
His practice has focused broadly on the lifespan—children, adolescents, adults and older adults—and has emphasized treating substance use disorders and co-occurring dual diagnosis conditions.
Lejon’s professional mission is to deliver world-class, evidence-based care that always places the patient first.
He firmly believes in creating a therapeutic environment where every individual is treated as a top priority, heard without judgment, respected, and supported on their journey toward recovery and wellness.
Having served on the inpatient units where acute stabilization is required and in outpatient settings where sustained management and growth occur, he understands the full continuum of care.
Using a collaborative, patient-centered approach—drawing upon best practices, latest research, and a trauma-informed lens, he tailors interventions that meet each patient’s unique needs.
Rooted in his Georgia upbringing, Lejon brings a warm, authentic, and relational style to his work. Every day he is honored to walk alongside individuals and families working towards achieving a substance-free life, mental health wellness, and sustained abstinence one day at a time.
